Cooked, burnt, Italian or for soup? Pasta Masterclass will teach you all! An intensive six-hour experience where you'll learn how to make different types of pasta with professional guidance - from choosing the right ingredients to shaping and forming to the perfect consistency.

Pasta in all quantities
The Pasta Masterclass is a special 6-hour gastronomic adventure for those who want to really dive deep into the world of pasta making. It's not a classic cooking class, but a thorough yet fun shared learning experience where you're guaranteed to get your hands on something - knowledge for sure.
During the course, we will work with four major categories of pasta: soup pasta (e.g. snail pasta, vermicelli), Italian pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi), pastas (brioche, cocoa snail, pizza) and baked pasta (donut, profiteroles). Special attention will be paid to the correct choice of flour, kneading and resting tricks, as well as to the possibility of making them at home.
The Masterclass is not just a learning experience, it's an experience - a friendly atmosphere, cooking together, eating together and lots of "aha!" moments.
