The Szabolcs Flavours cooking course is a real journey through time to the home-style Hungarian cuisine, where the dishes made from simple ingredients are based on memories, traditions and stories. This programme is not only for those who want to learn new dishes, but also for those who would like to travel back to their childhood favourite flavours.
During the course, we will prepare together Szabolcs' iconic dishes: zinc with crispy pork and plum jam, rich knitted noodle soup, juicy, spicy stuffed cabbage, and last but not least, homemade plum dumplings. Here, too, cooking together is a communal experience - good vibes, pleasant conversations, laughter and learning throughout the morning.
It's not a sterile class, but a lovable, family experience where tradition and homey flavours take centre stage.
