We are organising this themed evening around the liquid gold of the oak barrel, bourbon. Each dish, whether it's a steak or a crab basket, will be accompanied by a beautifully crafted cocktail - like the dream pairings of America! Of course, the evening can't go by without a bourbon tasting, and we hope not without you!
