Thai cooking class 2.0

🌶️ Ha már jártál nálunk Thai főzőkurzuson, vagy egyszerűen még több autentikus fogást szeretnél megtanulni, akkor a Thai cooking class 2.0 neked szól! Ez a kurzus a thai konyha újabb arcait mutatja be – izgalmas ízek, illatok, fűszerek és ételek, amelyekkel tovább mélyítheted a tudásod. 🇹🇭🥢 A thai konyha a friss alapanyagokról, az ízek harmóniájáról és a sokoldalúságról híres. A 2.0-ás kurzuson tovább kalandozunk Délkelet-Ázsia gasztrokultúrájában – készítünk levest, pirított rizst, két ikonikus főételt és egy tradicionális thai desszertet is. A kurzus során, ahogy mindig, együtt főzünk, tanulunk és jó társaságban kóstolunk, profi vezetés mellett.

📋 Menu:

• Tom Yum: Hot and sour soup with prawns and Thai spices.
• Vegetable fried rice: Fragrant, quick to prepare and yet special.
• Teriyaki chicken: Succulent chicken nuggets with a slightly sweet sauce.
• Red curry with jasmine rice: One of the most popular dishes in Thai cuisine, it is silky and spicy.
• Thai banana pancakes: Crispy batter filled with sweet bananas - a real street food experience!

📌 FONTOS INFORMÁCIÓK:

• Doors will be opened at the start of the course, no access before.
• Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
• It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
• The actual duration of the courses may vary from what is advertised, as the speed of progress depends on the participants.
• Marketing material may be produced during the course. If you do not wish to be included in the recording, please let us know in advance.
