A thai konyha híres arról, hogy az édes, sós, savanyú és csípős ízek mesterien egyensúlyoznak egymással. Ezen a kurzuson nemcsak az alapanyagok helyes kiválasztását és használatát tanulhatod meg, hanem azt is, hogyan érheted el azt a gazdag és összetett ízvilágot, ami a thai ételeket világszerte népszerűvé tette. A tanfolyam során lépésről lépésre megtanítjuk, hogyan készítsd el a thai konyha ikonikus ételeit, miközben betekintést nyújtunk a thai étkezési szokásokba és kultúrába. Mindemellett gyakorlati tippeket és trükköket is elsajátíthatsz, hogy otthon is könnyedén elkápráztathasd a családod és barátaid a thai ízekkel. 📋 Menu:

• Green Thai Curry - Rich, aromatic curry with fresh vegetables and spices
• Tom Ka soup - Creamy coconut milk soup with lemonade and kaffir lime juice
• Homemade Padthai - Classic Thai noodle dish with the tartness of tamarind
• Tapioca Pudding - A light and sweet dessert with an exotic twist
• Chicken breast with satay sauce - Savoury and sweet

📌 FONTOS INFORMÁCIÓK:

• Doors will be opened at the start of the course, no access before.
• Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
• It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
• The actual duration of the courses may vary from what is advertised, as the speed of progress depends on the participants.
• Marketing material may be produced during the course. If you do not wish to be included in the recording, please let us know in advance.
