🍝 If you've ever wanted to master pasta, this course is for you! The Pasta Masterclass is an intensive 6-hour culinary journey where you will get an in-depth look at the world of different types of pasta - from the basics to perfect textures, shapes and techniques.
👩🍳 During the day, we will learn four different types of pasta: soup pasta, Italian pasta, pasta pasta, and baked pasta. Participants will not only prepare but also understand the composition of the pasta, the right choice of flour, resting and shaping techniques - all under professional guidance and in a relaxed atmosphere.
✨ The aim of the course is to give you the confidence to make a snail pasta with broth, a silky homemade tagliatelle or a perfect burnt donut at home, without compromise.
📋 Topics:
- Soup noodles: pasta, vermicelli, crane noodles
- Pasta in glass: tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, sauces
- Doughs: brioche, cocoa pasta, pizza base dough
- Special pasta: representative doughnut, profiterole
🍽️ During the day, we will prepare and eat a variety of meals together.
📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Doors will be opened at the start of the course, no access before.
- Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
- It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
- The actual duration of the courses may vary from what is advertised, as the speed of progress depends on the participants.
