Spanish Tapas cooking class

Kóstolj bele a mediterrán ízekbe!

A tapasok attól zseniálisak, hogy sok apró fogásból áll össze egy nagy, közös élmény.

Spanyolországban a tapas eredetileg egy kis falat volt, amit az ital tetejére tettek – innen ered a neve is.

👨‍🍳 Amit elkészítünk (7 fogás):

• Házi Sangria – a spanyolok ikonikus itala
• Al bondigas (paradicsomos húsgombóc)
• Chistorra (baszk sütőkolbász)
• Croquetas de jamon (spanyol krokett)
• Patatas bravas (pikáns sült krumpli)
• Gambas pilpil (füstölt paprikás rák)
• Padron (pirított paprika)

• AJTÓNYITÁS A KURZUS KEZDÉSI IDŐPONTJÁBAN TÖRTÉNIK, ELŐBB NINCS LEHETŐSÉG BELÉPÉSRE!!!
• Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
• It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
• The actual duration of the courses may vary from what is advertised, as the speed of progress depends on the participants.
• Fontos: A kurzus során elkészített ételek elvitelére nincs lehetőség, célunk a közös, helyben történő gasztronómiai élmény.
• Marketing material may be produced during the course. If you do not wish to be included in the recording, please let us know in advance.
