🌍 Start your day with a global taste experience - breakfast the way it's loved around the world! In the "Breakfasts Around the World" cooking class, we'll prepare exciting international breakfasts together as we discover how to start the day from Israel to Japan, Vietnam to Mexico.

🥚 This class is for those who like to experiment with new flavours and love the brunch atmosphere. Together we will prepare savoury and sweet dishes, steaming soups, savoury sandwiches and iconic egg dishes. The experience is completed with a cup of authentic Vietnamese coffee.

📋 MENU:

• Shakshuka: Israeli tomato-and-egg breakfast, spicy, from a pan.
• Chilaquiles con salsa verde: Classic Mexican tortilla with green sauce for breakfast.
• Miso soup: A Japanese breakfast staple, savoury with a warm spirit.
• Sushi rice: The perfect Japanese rice as eaten in breakfast.
• Egg pudding with fried chillies: A silky, savoury Southeast Asian speciality.
• Egg Banh Mi: Vietnamese sandwich filled with crispy baguette, fresh vegetables and egg.
• American pancakes with bacon and maple syrup: A sweet and savoury classic, just like you see in the movies.
• Vietnamese coffee: A strong, concentrated milk coffee experience for the perfect finish.

📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Doors will be opened at the start of the course, no access before.
• Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
• It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
• The actual duration of the courses may vary from what is advertised, as the speed of progress depends on the participants.
• Marketing material may be produced during the course. If you do not wish to be included in the recording, please let us know in advance.
