In this course, you will not only learn the tricks of preparing kimchi, bibimbap or tteokbokki, but also gain a deeper insight into the world of Korean gastronomy and culture.

Iconic dishes such as bibimbap - Korea's most popular rice dish - and kimchi jjigae - a spicy kimchi stew - reflect the richness and creativity of Korean cuisine. During the cooking course you will learn how to:

- Doors will be opened at the start of the course, no access before.
- Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
- It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
