Korean cooking class 2.0

Ha az első koreai kurzus tetszett, ezt imádni fogod! A 2.0-ban új receptekkel és még komolyabb kedvencekkel jövünk.

A koreai konyha attól zseniális, hogy egyszerre fűszeres, édes és umamis – minden falatban történik valami. Tudtátok például, hogy a bulgogi édes-sós páca az egyik legismertebb koreai ízalap!?

📋 Amit elkészítünk (5 fogás):

• Bulgogi – koreai grillezett marha édes-sós páccal
• Japchae – koreai üvegtészta zöldségekkel
• Mandu – koreai töltött batyu (gőzölve vagy pirítva)
• Kimbap – koreai „sushi” tekercs
• Pajeon – koreai zöldhagymás palacsinta

• Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
• It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
• The actual duration of the courses may vary from what is advertised, as the speed of progress depends on the participants.
• Fontos: A kurzus során elkészített ételek elvitelére nincs lehetőség, célunk a közös, helyben történő gasztronómiai élmény.
