In Korean Cooking Class 2.0, we'll prepare authentic dishes and dive deeper into the world of Korean cuisine.

In this course you will learn how to prepare sophisticated Korean cuisine using traditional techniques and premium ingredients. We will work with a perfect harmony of spicy, sweet and umami flavours to make each dish a true Korean experience. By cooking together, you will not only learn new kitchen practices, but also have a truly communal gastronomic adventure! 🍽️

📋 Menu:

• Bulgogi: The legendary Korean grilled beef, marinated in a rich sweet and savoury marinade that is crumbly and delicious.
• Japchae: Korean jar noodles with fresh vegetables and special seasonings, a real taste treat.
• Mandu: A Korean stuffed pastry that can be steamed or fried.
• Mandoo Garean Jim: Soft, steamed eggs Korean style - the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
• Pajeon: Korean green onion pancakes with a crispy exterior and soft interior, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

• Doors will be opened at the start of the course, no access before.
• Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
• It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
