Now you too can learn the secrets of the perfect French onion soup, learn how to make an authentic escargot (snail starter) and discover how to cook a rosé duck to perfection. The course will give you an insight into the philosophy of classic French cuisine and techniques that you can easily apply at home.

📋 Menu:

• French onion soup: The iconic soup with rich flavours and crispy cheese toast.
• Escargot with sauce trio: A classic French snail with three variations of sauce.
• Rosé duck, foie gras velouté, potatoes au gratin: Perfectly cooked duck with a creamy foie gras sauce and a rich potato collar.
• Eclair variations: The famous French doughnut in different flavours.

• Doors will be opened at the start of the course, no access before.
• Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
• It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
• The actual duration of the courses may vary from what is advertised, as the speed of progress depends on the participants.
