The "Ethiopia's Taste of Java" cooking course is a unique opportunity to learn about traditional Ethiopian dishes and prepare your own versions based on authentic recipes. Taste how rich spices and unique ingredients come to life in a magical dining experience! 🍽️✨

This class is perfect if you like special, exotic dishes and are keen to learn new techniques. You'll learn the secrets of making injera, an Ethiopian pancake, and prepare dishes such as crispy sambusa and spicy Misr Wot lentil ragout. Authentic Shiro and spicy Gored Gored beef ragu are also part of the menu, guaranteed to enchant.

👨‍🍳 What will we make?

• Injera: Ethiopian pancakes made from teff flour, which is the base of the dish.
• Misr Wot: Rich, spicy lentil stew.
• Sambusa: Crunchy, stuffed Ethiopian strawberry.
• Shiro: A nutritious chickpea soup.
• Gored Gored: A savoury beef stew that brings the perfect harmony of flavours.

📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Doors will be opened at the start of the course, no access before.
• Please arrive with an empty stomach, there is no takeaway, the food will be served on the spot, in the restaurant area, at a nicely set table.
• It's a communal experience, we prepare the food together. That is why, unlike a normal cooking course, there is the opportunity to prepare more than one dish.
• The actual duration of the courses may vary from what is advertised, as the speed of progress depends on the participants.
• Marketing material may be produced during the course. If you do not wish to be included in the recording, please let us know in advance.
