In the Bella Italia cooking course, we will prepare classic Italian dishes that evoke both the atmosphere of the Italian countryside and the cosiness of home cooking. The menu includes Tuscan tomato soup with truffle croutons, spinach and three-cheese manicotti, perfect lasagne and of course the unmissable cannoli.
